so.. how have we faired so far coach?
I haven’t seen all the books yet, but I’m pretty impressed. There are a lot of people just sticking to their cheat meals and nothing else. Some others have had a little more ‘extras’, but there’s still four weeks left to kick it in gear. If you’ve fallen off the boat, don’t worry about it and get back in! Lots of time to make some changes!
