Paleo Chili

Here’s a meal you can prepare and freeze in individual packages for later. When I made it, it was quite spicy, so add or modify spices as needed.

2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned and drained
2 14 1/2 ounce cans of diced tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin

Put all ingredients in the slow cooker, stir. Cook on low for 10-12 hours, or high for 5-6 hours.
