Wondering how you can get that mobility bonus point on the days you’re not doing a WOD?
First go to the MobilityWOD website, from there if you scroll to the bottom you’ll notice there are many pages of Mob WODs to choose from. You can click on any page and do any of them to get your point. You may find that more of the original or older videos don’t require any equipment (foam roller, lacrosse ball, bands, barbells etc) and can easily be done while you watch your favourite TV show. Some of the more recent videos may require equipment.
You can also use the search function on the right hand side of the page. Type in any area or movement that gives you trouble (squat, deadlift, shoulder, hips etc) and it will return any of the relevant videos.
As another source for ideas you can go to this page on the CFM site and choose any of the movements listed and accumulate 10 minutes of stretching.
Another option is if you want to invest in a lacrosse ball (you can usually get them at Cleves for $3.99) you can also get your point if you spend 10 minutes doing lacrosse ball work.
Coming to Monday’s mobility class would also count.
Remember to note in your journal which Mob WOD or stretches from the CFM site you did.
