Time to Make a Change

Lifestyle Challenge Day 1 of 36

If you haven’t done it already you should have your points goal written in your journal. Now it’s time to reach those goals!

You are all taking the first step in a great journey today. Don’t think about all the things (foods) you’ll be giving up, think about all you have to gain from this challenge. Whatever your goal is, weight loss, performance gains or just an all around healthier lifestyle. You’re making it happen. This isn’t just a diet challenge, it is a lifestyle challenge. Sure there will be ups and downs along the way but you’ll also have a great support system behind you of 30 plus CrossFitters who are doing the challenge too and who will be there to help you through the rough patches.

We’ll make post regularly, whether it’s an article, video, links to information or recipes. It’s important you support each other, share recipes, talk about how you’re feeling/coping and ask questions. Don’t forget to keep detailed notes on your sleep as well as everything you’re eating and drinking in your journals, the more info the better.

So here’s to the start of something great! We’re looking forward to seeing all of your progress over the course of the challenge.
