The benchmarks are:

  • AMRAP 7 Mins – 3 Burpees 3 Wall Balls, 6 Burpees 6 Wall Balls, 9 Burpees 9 Wall Balls – Continue increasing by 3 reps until time expires

    Third day and I I’ve now had to explain my diet (choice of healthy lifestyle) at least 100 times, frequently to the same people over and over again. Every time I answer the question “why?” I feel better, wonder why I haven’t taken this approach earlier and feel more committed to the challenge!

    Didn’t notice this section til just now…I did these on Jan 14th.

    21-15-9 (Burpees, KBS @ 15#) …. TIME = 9:28

    2K Row …. TIME = 9:43

    I’m hoping to shave some time off of those, at the end of the challenge. 🙂

    Ate a light lunch about an hour before. Banana, 2 slices swiss cheese, 4oz turkey, and 10 almonds.

    Nooner Workout:


    •2000m Row
    time = 7:59:3
    Rest 15 – 20 mins
    •AMRAP 7 Mins – 3 Burpees 3 Wall Balls, 6 etc etc…..
    Total score = 92 (3,3,6,6,9,9,12,12,15,15,2)

    I felt like I pushed pretty hard on both WODs. A few breaks here and there but not too many.
